Set atop a "Michigan mountain" the Warriors Den provides one of the best vistas of any field. It is built into existing outfield fence of a baseball field, which provides perfectly symmetrical, deep distances. Due to the elevation high winds often play into the game and make things interesting.
The Warriors played at The Westside Reservation in Farmington Hills in 2011, where it was one of the more hitter friendly fields. In 2012, the Donkeys played at The Zoo, which is the same location as the Warriors Den. No field in the history of our league was more pitcher friendly than the Zoo, as only two home runs were ever hit.
Nicknamed ‘The Den’, the northernmost field in the league will have some differences than The Zoo. The field will move over to center field, the batter’s box will be in the grass instead of the gravel, and foul poles will be added to the existing fencing. Follow the entry drive to the right to the reach the field in the back.

Very friendly to pitchers, plenty of parking, field is far away from the public so going to the bathroom outside is not a problem, HR fence has yellow plastic protective caps. |

Hitter’s nightmare, high elevation produces stronger winds than other fields, field is located far away from most of the league members. |

Lots of open space and existing HR fencing would make it an ideal location for tournaments with multiple fields. |

The city could close these fields down to the public at any time since they are sinking, grass could get long if city does not want to cut it. |
