The Belgian Wiffles who were desperate to find a field at the last minute, have decided to use the main field from the first Satellite Tournament of 2014. El Diablos set up two fields for the tournament, and the Wiffles really took a liking to the main field that was built. At first glance you may think it’s just a boring park field located in the Northwest corner, but you need to look closer. In left field you will notice something familiar. Yes you are correct; the Wiffles have moved their famous foul pole from Wiff-Hill Grounds and moved it to the ‘Gian Joint. In center, things get pretty fun as three trees will be in play. A catch off a tree will be ruled an out.
The Wiffles have moved a lot and The ‘Gian Joint will be their 3rd home in as many seasons. The Wiffles do hope they can stay here though for many seasons to come.
Much like El Diablos did in the tournament, there will be a short amount of fencing in left field to connect the foul pole to the chain fence. Also, in center field there will be fencing directly behind the trees. The Wiffles are planning on installing a movable foul pole in right field.
